Hey readers! If you are a fan of the legendary Lord of the Rings trilogy, then you will love Book two, "The Two Towers". J.R.R. Tolkien is at his best in this one. You may also like this book if you are one of those medieval lovers. "The Two Towers" is a continuation of Frodo Baggins' quest to destroy the one ring of power. With him on his journey is his faithful companion Sam Gamgee, their friends Pippin and Merry, as well as Aragorn, Legolas, and the dwarf Gimli. To have a knowledge of the story up to this point, you may want to read book one in the series "The Fellowship of the Ring". This book also includes many of the people and creatures of Tolkien's vast imagination. These creatures include the elves, dwarves, the nasty and vile Orc, Ents (living trees), Hobbits (Halflings), and many more.
"One ring to rule them all,
one ring to find them,
one ring to bring them all,
and in darkness bind them."
This quote recognizes the great Ring of Power Frodo swore to destroy. This book is quite lengthy and may take a while to complete. However, when you do it's a marvelous novel that will hook you and might not let you put it down! This is an overall amazing story of war, adventure, and suspense!
